Apple seems to have confirmed what most of the tech-addicted world has been suggesting for some months now, that iPad 3 will be unveiled on March 7th at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.
Blogger Jim Dalrymple at Loop Insight received his invite today and has written up a short post to confirm time, date and location.
The invite included a teaser image with the caption:
We have something you really have to see. And touch.
Visitors commenting on the post are already trying to analyse the small cropped image, possible of the iPad 3, with some suggesting it looks sharper than iPad2.
One visitor also points out that there’s no ‘Home’ button in the image, although the iPad could be in landscape mode, so still no definite word on that one…
…time to clean my iPad up and get it on eBay before the hordes descend – iPad 3 here I come.
